FeTChat takes complaints seriously. We are committed to maintaining a safe, legal, and ethical platform. This page explains how to report concerns, request content removal, and escalate complaints.

Report Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
This is our highest priority. If you encounter any content depicting minors in a sexual context anywhere on this Platform, report it immediately. We will remove it within 1 hour of receiving a report and report it to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement.

Content Removal Requests

If you believe content appearing on this Platform violates our policies, infringes your intellectual property rights, or depicts you without your consent, you may request its removal.

Submit Your Request
Email contact@prosynserv.com with the subject line "Content Removal Request." Include a description of the content, its location on the Platform, and the reason for removal.

Acknowledgement
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a case reference number.

Review
We will review the content against our policies and applicable law within 5 business days.

Resolution
We will notify you of our decision. Content found to violate our policies will be removed immediately. We will explain our reasoning if removal is declined.
Non-Consensual Content

We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for non-consensual intimate imagery (sometimes called "revenge porn"). If you believe an image of you has been posted on this Platform without your consent, contact us immediately. We will remove such content within 24 hours of a verified report and permanently ban the account responsible.

Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on FeTChat and will be removed immediately upon discovery or report:

  • Any depiction of minors in a sexual context
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery
  • Content depicting real individuals without their consent
  • Content that facilitates or promotes real-world violence
  • Content that facilitates trafficking or exploitation
  • Content that violates applicable law

We conduct proactive content moderation using both automated AI systems and human review. All content on the Platform is subject to moderation at any time.

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with our response to your complaint, you may escalate by contacting us again referencing your case number and requesting escalation to senior management. We aim to resolve all escalated complaints within 5 business days.
