Information you provide:

• Email address — required for account creation
• Display name — optional pseudonym

• Age verification confirmation — boolean only; we do not store ID documents

• Pages visited and features used
• Token purchase and usage history

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate and maintain your account
• Process token purchases and maintain your wallet balance
• Deliver the entertainment service — connecting you with entertainer personas

• Improve the Platform through aggregated, anonymized analytics

We use message content for AI moderation (to detect policy violations) and, with admin approval, for AI training to improve entertainer response quality. Message content used for training is anonymized before use.

We do not use your information for targeted advertising. We do not sell your data.

Your payment card data never touches our servers.

All payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor. We receive only a transaction confirmation and your token credit amount. We do not store, see, or have access to your full card number, CVV, expiration date, or billing address.

Your billing statement will show a discreet descriptor that does not reference adult content.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

We may share your information with:

• Payment processors — to process transactions
• Email service providers — to send transactional emails
• AI service providers — for content moderation (message content only, anonymized)
• Law enforcement — when required by law or to prevent harm

All third-party service providers are contractually required to protect your information and may not use it for their own marketing purposes.

IP addresses used in security logs are retained for 90 days.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising network tracking technology.

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

• JWT-based authentication with expiring tokens
• Rate limiting and brute force protection
• Honeypot systems to detect and trap malicious actors

No security system is perfect. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you within 72 hours of discovery.

• Correction — request correction of inaccurate information
• Deletion — request deletion of your account and personal data
• Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format

This Platform is strictly for adults 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we discover that a user is under 18, we will immediately terminate their account and delete all associated data. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We do not sell personal information. California residents may request disclosure of personal information collected, used, or shared. To make a request, contact us at privacy@prosynserv.com.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
