These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ProSynServ, Inc., a Wyoming corporation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of FeTChat at chat.fntsylnd.com.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

FeTChat is adult fantasy entertainment. Nothing more.

All entertainer personas on this Platform are fictional characters portrayed by contracted performers or artificial intelligence systems. No entertainer on this Platform is available for real-world contact, dating, meetups, relationships, or any form of offline interaction.

Any conversation conducted on this Platform is entertainment only. The Company makes no representation that any entertainer persona reflects a real person's genuine personality, availability, or interest in the user beyond the entertainment context of the Platform.

FeTChat is not a dating platform. It is not a matchmaking service. It does not facilitate real-world meetings of any kind.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are legally permitted to access adult content in your jurisdiction.

• You are not a minor, and you will not permit minors to access your account.

We reserve the right to terminate any account we believe is held by or accessible to a minor, without notice or refund.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. Pseudonyms are permitted for display names. You may not create accounts for others or operate multiple accounts for abusive purposes.

FeTChat uses a token-based payment system. Tokens are purchased in advance and debited when messages are sent. Token costs are displayed on the send button before each message is sent.

All token purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Unused tokens have no cash value and are not transferable.

Member Passes are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Member Passes do not auto-renew. There are no refunds for Member Passes once purchased.

We reserve the right to modify token pricing and package offerings at any time. Existing purchased token balances will not be affected by price changes.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. Your payment information is never stored on our Platform.

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Solicit real-world contact, meetings, or relationships with any entertainer.
• Attempt to identify the real-world identity of any entertainer persona.
• Share, distribute, or republish any conversation content from the Platform.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse entertainers or other users.
• Request, solicit, or transmit content involving minors in any sexual context.
• Attempt to circumvent age verification or access controls.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or copy Platform content or systems.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Engage in chargebacks or payment fraud.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of token balance, and referral to law enforcement where applicable.

All entertainer personas, images, names, taglines, and biographical content on this Platform are the intellectual property of ProSynServ, Inc. and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without express written permission.

Messages you send on the Platform remain your content. By sending messages, you grant the Company a limited license to use your messages for content moderation, platform improvement, and AI training purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any entertainer persona, conversation, or content on the Platform. All entertainment content is fictional.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PROSYNSERV, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount you paid to the Platform in the 30 days preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Unused token balances are forfeited upon termination for cause.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at the address below or using the account deletion function in your profile settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

If you are located outside the United States, you access this Platform voluntarily and are responsible for compliance with your local laws.
