FeTChat uses a token-based pricing system. Tokens are purchased in advance and spent when messages are sent. The cost of each message is displayed on the send button before you send it — you always know what you are spending before you spend it.

We have designed our pricing to be transparent and fair. All purchases on FeTChat are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase.

We take chargebacks seriously. Before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer, please contact us directly — most issues can be resolved faster through direct contact than through a chargeback dispute process.
Accounts found to have initiated fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently banned and may be referred to our payment processor's fraud team.

Charges from FeTChat will appear on your statement with a discreet billing descriptor that does not reference adult content. If you have questions about a charge on your statement, contact us before contacting your card issuer.
